We aim to offer quality gardening products and smooth delivery.
Due to the nature of some items, our refund rules are different for each category.

🌱 Seeds (Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable)

Seeds are non-returnable and non-refundable because germination depends on many external factors such as:

  • Soil type

  • Watering

  • Temperature

  • Sunlight

  • Storage conditions

Refund is only possible if:

  • Wrong seed packet received

  • Damaged or opened packet received

  • Missing quantity in the package

Evidence required within 24–48 hours of delivery.

🧴 Fertilizers (Refund only if damaged)

Refund accepted if:

  • Bottle damaged or leaked

  • Wrong product received

🛠 Tools & Décor Items (Refund for valid issues)

Refund accepted if:

  • Tool damaged

  • Wrong item received

  • Defective product
